Quality Management Statement
Galaxy CI’s Quality Management Policy defines its approach towards ensuring the Company continues to deliver Data Destruction and eWaste Recycling Services which meets all Stakeholder requirements; achieves its Business Objectives; and maintains compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard and relevant regulations.
The scope of Galaxy CI’s Quality Management System (QMS) includes all risk-based control measures designed and implemented across the breadth of its Secure Data Destruction and eWaste Recycling Services and supporting internal processes.
These Services and processes are delivered via a variety of physical and cloud based systems which constitute the Company’s QMS.
Specific control measures relating to Galaxy’s compliance ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Standards are defined within its respective Environmental and Data Protection and Information Security Policies and associated controlled documents.
Galaxy CI provides relevant training to its Employees at all levels to ensure they are aware of this Quality Management Policy, the QMS, and their individual responsibilities.
It is the responsibility of Management and Compliance Teams to ensure that effective control measures are designed, planned, resourced, implemented and monitored across the full scope of the Company’s QMS; and that these measures are regularly reviewed by Internal and External Auditors in order to identify any opportunities for improvement and maintain certification against the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
