ISO 9001 Quality Management

Galaxy achieved certification against ISO 9001 in 2016, and has successfully been recertified every year since.

As a small team, we are able to work flexibly and tailor our services to meet the needs of the Customer. We are always keen to receive good (or bad!) feedback to help us make improvements across all areas of the business.

All current ISO Standards lay out a detailed set of requirements across 6 key clauses: Context; Communication and Leadership; Planning, Risk and Objectives; Resources; Operations; Performance Evaluation and Improvement. Galaxy’s Quality Management System ensure the continual planning, implementation, review and improvement (Plan-Do-Check-Act) of customer-focused organisational and technical controls across the breadth and depth of its internal and external processes.
