Quality Statement

Galaxy CI is committed to effectively and efficiently meeting the requirements of all its Customers. This is the objective of every individual Employee, and the Team as a collective.

The delivery of high quality services is achieved through effective planning, operations, monitoring and improvement (Plan – Do – Check – Act), and communication and collaboration. We trust in the ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Standards as examples of best practice.

We are committed to complying with the requirements of these ISO standards; and the requirements of relevant regulations including Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental, Waste Licensing, Financial and Data Protection Laws. Galaxy endeavours to keep abreast with rapidly changing local, national and global concerns in order to meet shifting demands, timescales and budgets.

Galaxy’s Management Team is responsible for designing, planning, implementing and maintaining effective Management Systems which support the objectives of the different business functions; and which facilitate continual improvement. We are accountable to our Customers, our Environment, and ourselves.

Every Employee shall receive training to enable them to progress and excel in their role; and to ensure they have a good understanding of the business, customer and regulatory requirements, control measures and Management Systems.

Galaxy expects the same commitment from its Suppliers; and undertakes Supplier Auditing to ensure that sub-contractors comply with the same quality, security, environmental, health, safety and welfare standards we do.

Our Management Systems are subjected to regular management review, and both internal and external auditing in order to identify any non-conformances and opportunities for improvement; and verify compliance with all applicable ISO Standards and Regulations.
